My name is Arjay Mayo, and I serve as the Patient Concierge Assistant Manager at Medical Acupuncture. I help ensure that patients receive efficient, friendly, and reliable support when scheduling appointments, asking questions, or navigating their care with our clinic.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from President Ramon Magsaysay State University in the Philippines. My professional background includes extensive experience in customer service and quality analysis, where I focused on improving service standards and ensuring positive client experiences. I also worked as a virtual assistant supporting lawn service and staffing businesses, which strengthened my ability to manage tasks efficiently and support operations remotely.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring Korean pop culture, watching Netflix series, and discovering new cafés around the city. I am passionate about personal growth, financial stability, and building a successful future that supports both my goals and my family’s well-being.
