My name is Desiree Balisi, but most people call me Dess. I am a Patient Concierge at Medical Acupuncture, where I help guide patients through their visits and ensure they feel supported and cared for throughout their experience with our clinic.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Perpetual Help College of Manila in the Philippines and am a licensed registered nurse with more than eight years of experience in healthcare settings, including clinics and laboratories. My nursing background allows me to approach patient care with compassion, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of medical needs. I also have experience in customer service, which helps me provide clear communication and efficient support for our patients.

Outside of work, I enjoy singing, cooking, and listening to music. I also love watching documentaries, news programs, and television series, especially K-dramas. Traveling is another passion of mine, particularly visiting the beautiful beaches and natural landscapes of the Philippines.
