Patient Concierge Manager

My name is Jhen Hadley, and I am the Patient Concierge Manager at Medical Acupuncture. My role is to help ensure that every patient’s experience—from their first phone call to their clinic visit—is smooth, welcoming, and supportive. I enjoy helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for as they begin their health journey with our clinic.

My professional background is rooted in hospitality, customer service, and event coordination. I began my career working in hospitality and recreation management, organizing activities, outdoor events, and guest experiences. Over time, I expanded my experience into administration and customer support, developing strong skills in communication, organization, and problem solving.

Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, cooking, decorating, and spending time with my family. I also love organizing gatherings and special occasions, creating memorable experiences for the people around me. My long-term goals include building financial stability for my family and eventually creating a small business that combines my passions for food and event planning.
