My name is Juver Tadeo, and I am proud to be part of the Patient Concierge Team at Medical Acupuncture. I enjoy connecting with patients, helping them navigate their appointments, and supporting them as they take steps toward better health and wellness.

I earned my Associate’s degree in Computer Technology from Gordon College. My professional journey began in customer service while working at McDonald’s during college, where I developed strong communication and teamwork skills and was later promoted to trainer. I continued building leadership experience while working in the coffee industry and later in customer support roles in the call center field. These experiences strengthened my ability to guide, coach, and support others.

Outside of work, I enjoy watching movies and sci-fi series, playing games, and learning about science, history, and mythology. I also enjoy spending time with friends and family. One of my long-term dreams is to publish a fantasy novel and share the world I have imagined with readers.
